In total, four elevator cabs in the complex were modernized with our Hercules™ cab style and outfitted with American Walnut panels. Handrails, toes kicks and friezes were also installed to complete the renovation.
The Project
Renovation of all elevator cabs at Promenade Condominiums. This 11-story luxury condo complex is located on 6 ½ acres fronting the Gulf Coast. It also features one of the largest pools in the Key, as well as a spa facility overlooking the beach.
