Inpro® Products Used
Inpro provided a combined 2.25 miles of expansion joint covers, which included foam seals, cover plates, recessed tile floor covers, and interior seismic seal systems throughout the reconstructed stadium. The installation included custom designed stainless steel tread covers for pedestrian spaces in the bowl’s seating area. In addition, Fireline® fire barriers were used in all the upper-level joints.
The Project
The $207 million project was completed in just 10 months, totally transforming the stadium and boosting its capacity to 65,000. About 90 percent of the stadium was demolished to install a new seating configuration, as well as the addition of 6,000 club seats, 33 luxury suites, a 10,000 square-foot party deck and new video screens.
