The new senior living facility is decked out in an extensive array of door and wall protection products in warm and natural woodgrains, including:
- Palladium® 3D board and Woodland sheet in column-wrap, wainscoting and full panel applications
- 800 handrails
- Corner guards
- Magnetic Dry Erase Panels
The Facility
The second and third floors of Henry Ford Medical Center’s Cottage Hospital were sold to American House and entirely renovated into a senior living residence of 78 units. The second floor units are independent living apartments, while the third floor units serve seniors who need assistance with daily living or who have Alzheimer’s or related conditions.
